Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily Horticulture operations and analyse resources to achieve higher efficiency and productivity.
- Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders for both daily and ad hoc request, ensuring they are achieved within stipulated time and without impacting original maintenance schedule.
- Research and propose landscape enhancements, coordinate with the Development team for prospective works and embark on conservation collaborations.
- Ensure department policies are aligned with organisation's vision, mission, and values through periodic reviews.
- Develop work plans with a focus on productivity and innovation.
- Establish, communicate and delegate clear goals, objectives and tasks to the team.
- Prepare and present proposals, progress updates and department initiatives during meetings with both internal and external stakeholders, when required.
- Oversee the Capex and Opex in SAP system, including preparing purchase requisition, goods receipt, reservation, etc.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in Horticulture/ Botany/ Agriculture/ Plant Science/ Environmental Science or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience locally.
- Possess positive thinking, willingness to learn, creativity and embraces an innovative way of work.
- Prior supervisory experience is a must, with good leadership to manage a team of inhouse staff and service providers.
- Must be able to work during weekends and public holidays, when required.
