**Summary**

The objective of the position is to manage all operational aspects of the Travel Management of Go Holiday 360 Pte. Ltd.

As an Executive Director of a newly start-up travel business, your job scope will be to oversee and manage the overall operations and growth of the company. Some specific responsibilities may include:
**What you'll do**
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing a strategic plan that outlines the vision, mission, and goals of the company. This will involve identifying target markets, assessing competition, setting pricing strategies, and developing marketing plans.
- Sales and Marketing: Developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to increase the visibility and profitability of the company. This will involve identifying and reaching out to potential customers, building relationships with suppliers and vendors, and developing promotional materials.
- Operations Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing staff, setting policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Growth and Expansion: Identifying new markets and business opportunities, and developing strategies to grow and expand the company. This may involve creating new products and services, expanding into new geographic markets, or partnering with other companies.
- Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, employees, and partners.
- Manage a team of travel advisors with the objective to deliver outstanding service at excellent prices for our Corporate Clients.
- Build relationships with corporate travelers, understanding their needs and translating them into proactive solutions.

**What you'll need**
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8 years relevant experience.
- Experienced negotiator, ideally in areas of travel.
- Project Management / turnaround strategy experience.
- Excellent market knowledge in CTM trends, products, technologies and market and global air fare’s structure.
- Excellent spoken and written English is crucial, additional languages are beneficial.
