- Job Details:

- JOB SUMMARY
Oversee the operations of the field services team.
- KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May be required to perform additional duties):

- To liaise with the Logistic team on the delivery/collection schedules of the equipment
- Ensure equipment accountability for every support
- Advise on the feasibility of the Letter of Authority (LOA) based on overall support schedule.
- Report to the Warehouse Manager on daily basis the support plan of the team
- Dissemination of workplan and LOAs to all team members
- To coordinate with the training units on the support schedule and requirement of the exercise.
- To coordinate and provide relevant equipment training to the units
- To facilitate submission and closure of Loss and Damage Statement (if any) after each exercise
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

- Comply with Cubic Security in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Comply with Cubic's Quality Management System
- Comply with Cubic's Health Safety & Environment policies and procedures
- KEY REQUIREMENTS (Skills, knowledge, qualifications and experience)

Qualifications:
Essential
- O Levels and/or NITEC or relevant experience on equipment
- At least 3 years working experience and with supervisory skills

Personal Qualities
- Team player
- Independent and ability to provide solutions and on time delivery
- Ability to work under stress and in remote locations at odd hours
