Position Summary:
Target areas: microarray, methylation, probe design, analysis pipeline, python and R scripting, algorithm development, software development

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop internal and customer facing tools for probe design and data analysis of various data types and platforms (Array and NGS), with a focus on DNA methylation and epigenetics.-
- Design and develop software to address novel analytical challenges and to automate established analysis so that thousands of studies can be analyzed in a robust manner.

Required Skills and Experience:
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics, Bioengineering or a related field plus 1-3 years of post-doctoral research or industry experience- Experience with probe or primer designs- Experience with DNA methylation and epigenetics assays and data analysis- Experience with both Array and NGS technologies, tools, and data analysis-
- Critical problem solving and data analysis skills- Programming experience with Python and/or R; proficiency in C#, C, C++, and/or Java is a plus- Superior written and verbal communication skills
