**Job description**:
**- **Daily Update of Project / Operation Progress to immediate superior.

**- **To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.

**- **Plan and develop the safe lifting operation procedures for all lifting activities at the work site and conduct an audit of the lifting devices.

**- **Oversee the rigger, and the overhead crane operator's job scopes and at the same time ensure the safety of the employees

**- **Conducts daily implementation and audit for all lifting devices.

**- **Maintain supervisory attendance at Tool Box talk and pre-start meetings Complete assigned projects in compliance with client expectations, company objectives, and all contractual documentation.

**Job requirement**:
**- **3 years of building construction experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory role**

**- **Immediate position**

**- **Any other certifications are an added advantage (Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant, Supervise Work in Confined Space Operation, Plant/Oil/Petrochemical Industry Safety Course, Industrial Fire Fighting, Occupational First Aid, etc)

**- **Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently within a tight deadline
