Our client are a global creative agency that have some amazing clients. They are looking to grow their team with a passionate Senior Program Manager/ Executive Producer based in Singapore to maintain key client relationships within the APAC region and lead creative production delivery and projects. They are open to Senior Program Manager/Executive Producer level for the right profile.

**The Role as Executive Producer**
- Lead, manage and coordinate multiple teams on project objectives and delivery
- Ensuring deliverables are timely and high quality
- Monitoring and maintaining project budgets through forecasting and reporting
- Working closely with clients to ensure needs and goals are met
- Leading client meetings on objectives and timelines
- Strong focus on content production projects, touching on video and some branding projects depending on the needs of clients
- Managing large client stakeholder teams
- Mentor and manage mid weight and junior producers
- Identifying business opportunities
- Being involved in client pitches and growing client base and project scale where necessary

**Your Experience**
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years of experience within a creative or marketing agency or in-house; directly handling and leading client accounts or stakeholders
- Content Production, Project management or program management experience is preferred
- Experience managing project teams of up to 20
- Experience in delivering a range of user experience, development and design projects across mobile and web platforms
- SCRUM certified is ideal
- Tool usage such as Confluence, JIRA and other PM tools
- Comfortable working on multiple projects at the same time
- Comfortable leading large projects
