- Ensure goods are received, stored and issued in good condition.
- manage day-to-day Store Activities including Receiving, Storing, Issuing and Shipping.
- Inventory Control of Raw Materials, Finished Goods, Packaging / Production consumables and Reject Materials.
- Requisition of packaging and production consumables.
- Ensure operatrs conduct Housekeeping of the driveway and backyard.
- Ensure operators Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse at all times.
- Generate necessary reports on a monthly basis.
- Identify, alert and correspond with relevant parties on shipping discrepancies by the next working day from delivery.
- Liaise with purchaser with regard to packing materials, wooden case and pallet order.
- Liaise with external maintenance personnel with regard to forklift servicing and repair.
- Liaise with 3rd party logistics on delivery/receiving issue.
- Liaise with logistics department with regards to raw material & FG order.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years warehouse supervisory experience
- Valid forklift license or willing to undergo training to operate forklift
- Occasionally Required to operate forklift and lift truck
- Physically fit and withstand working in non-aircon warehouse environment
