Job Description

1. To lead SG BU collaborative and partnership opportunities

2. Drive key strategic projects as assigned by SG CEO

3. Development, road mapping and tracking SG BU Strategy

4. Coordinate SG BU strategic initiatives and projects to accelerate the business transformation

5. Supports SG CEO and Senior Management Team, working effectively with various internal and external parties to execute the overall business strategies

6. Conceptualize and implement business ideas to transform the SG BU, superseding market competition and becoming a market leader

7. Be the conduit across the verticals and laser focused on achieving business strategies
- Focused on business transformation projects, as well as leading key strategic partnerships and projects
- Assigned to strategic projects or initiatives as they arise across the organization
- Lead, manage and coordinate these projects with multiple stakeholders including senior executives, peers, across multiple functions and ensure project(s) are progressing in a timely manner with any necessary support required for action items from origination to execution
- Anticipate needs and working together with respective teams to identify opportunities to create as well as optimize processes and systems
- Researching, benchmarking, analyzing data, and making recommendations
- Support annual strategic planning and budgeting for the organization
- Conduct in-depth research and develop meeting brief for successful CEO and Senior Management meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Build content for CEO presentations to key stakeholders including Board of Directors for support of strategic direction and key messages, as required

**Requirements**:

- 8 years relevant experience working in a large corporation competent in strategy and research, and content development and presentation to senior management
- Sharp business acumen with excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment with different stakeholders and manage different projects at the same time.
- Results oriented, highly organized with great attention to details, and a strong problem solver with the ability to simplify complexity and anticipate and advert problems Independent, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently and be adaptable in a dynamic fast-paced environment Strategic thinker and strong project management skills
- Multi-skilled in different disciplines (Business, Operations, Commercial, Product Development, Design Thinking)
