- 5 years of experience in brand/consumer focused marketing.

Preferred qualifications:

- Demonstrated track record of performance marketing, with focus on digital media, with executing end-to-end B2C marketing strategies.
- Experience with display, search and other online user-acquisition campaigns, including channel management and testing to meet growth targets.
- Ability to plan and manage large-scale, complex projects, coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional team members to deliver quality results.
- Experience working with external partners to build co-marketing programs.
- Ability to lead, prioritize, communicate, develop marketing strategy and business plans, analyze customer and market insights and market spend effectiveness.

**About the job**:
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

In this role, you will be leading key marketing initiatives to increase usage intent, installs, and engagement across desktop and mobile. You will be working not only on Brand campaigns but also our Growth marketing programs to drive users to Chrome.

**Responsibilities**:

- Shape Chrome browser’s regional brand and marketing strategy. Partner with Global and Local Market Leads to define holistic regional marketing strategies supported by key competitive insights, challenges, and operating metrics.
- Liaise and consult local Market Teams with best practices and media efficiency tactics to drive brand consideration and familiarity.
- Partner Media Teams to lead key performance media programs on Windows and iOS, drive data-driven analysis to improve campaign effectiveness and value to the business. Lead on-going testing and optimizations throughout the user browsing journey for owned and operated channels
- Establish thought leadership and evolve ideas into strong narratives for senior executive presentations that showcase creative strategy grounded in user insights, momentous opportunities with marketing programs that drive incremental sales with optimized investments
