To provide expeditious and quality services to maintain OTH’s physical infrastructure and facilities in good, clean, safe and serviceable conditions whereby enhancing the PA’s corporate image, which will help in achieving the PA’s objectives in promoting social cohesion and racial harmony.

Key duties and responsibilities that need to be performed to meet the primary objective of the job. This will include the important result areas (what) along with the rationale (why).
- Performing & oversee all aspect of facilities management services.
- Establishes and monitors performance standards of MA and ensures quality service standards are met.
- Oversee and give direction to appointed Managing Agent (MA), consultants and etc to ensure assigned projects complete within schedule and approved budget and meet the project strategic, design, quality and operational objectives and ensure that OTH premises are well maintained and upkeep to requirements.
- Monitor the overall status of projects, ensures that all term contracts are valid and procured on time, submits progress updates on projects and ensure timely submission of status reports to Management and Stakeholders.
- Prepares and controls the operating budget and ensures compliances with Government procurement and financial procedures, eg checks and ensures accurate and timely disbursement of payments etc.
- Ensure proper and full archive of essential data, financial information, all authorities approval information etc for reference, audit and future development of buildings.
- Manages and keeps all the Assets up to date.

Other ad-hoc duties not covered under main responsibilities and duties.
- Fire Safety and WSH participation.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned by DD (FM).
