Our client is a very well-established commodity trading company with offices in most major cities.

To support their fast track growth, they are currently looking for a:
**Trade Execution Executive**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare commodity sale and purchase contracts in consultation with Trading, Trade Finance and Shipping Team.
- To handle transaction cycle for all shipments with proper monitoring of each step of trade deal execution
- Keep track of contract details and make out periodical reports as and when required.
- Overseas tender bidding documentation preparation and submission in consultation with Trading team
- Coordinate with shipping team and provide vessel arrival notices etc. Liaise with buyer’s and seller on payment terms and coordinate with finance team on Letter of Credit, amendments etc.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holder with at least 3 yrs relevant experience
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
