**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and execute day-to-day activities for product design projects, ensuring timely completion to meet new product development targets.
- Collaborate with Chemists to conduct commissioning and method development for new equipment, as well as enhance existing testing methods.
- Take a lead role in maintaining the smooth operation of the R&D laboratory, including regular equipment maintenance, preparation and revision of operating procedures, and adherence to Health, Safety & Environment protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Polymer/Material Engineering or Chemistry.
- Diploma in Chemical Process/Material Technology with substantial experience in the Polymer Industry will also be considered.
- Experience in polymer material processing and testing is an added advantage.
- Strong team player with initiative, excellent analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Physically fit as required to carry loads in laboratory environment
