Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients, ensuring their loyalty and preventing them from seeking services from competitors.
- Gain a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements, developing a comprehensive knowledge of their businesses and objectives.
- Continuously propose and present solutions that align with customer objectives, fostering the expansion of relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of the correct products and services to customers, coordinating internally to meet their expectations.
- Act as the primary communication link between key customers and internal teams, effectively conveying customer needs and ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Resolve any issues or challenges faced by customers promptly, addressing complaints and concerns to maintain their trust and satisfaction.
- Contribute significantly to generating new sales opportunities, actively seeking ways to convert prospects into long-term and mutually beneficial relationships.
- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts, utilizing key account metrics to provide insights and updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to optimize customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, leveraging this knowledge to enhance customer relationships and propose innovative solutions.
Requirement
- Proven experience as a Key Account
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field
