**Roles and responsibilities**
- The management of the eCoA reports and labels creation or modification for the Pasir Ris plant through the SCRB change management process.
- Aligning with the product managers as well as a full interaction with the IT team to define and conduct the acceptance tests.
- Management of the production lots on hold because of eCoA issues. This includes the activities to understand the problem and propose ways to release the lots in cooperation with the process and process integration teams as well as the IT interfaces.
- Take ownership of the Label check steps for the Pasir Ris production, which means to compare the physical label content with the customer specification, the release in the case of full compliance and the rejection when there are discrepancies between the customer requirements and the labelling content.
- All these activities require a full understanding of the processes used to generate and modify the eCoA files and labels.
- Fostering cross-functional and cross cultural collaboration with constant interactions with counterpart Quality teams.
**Skills and qualifications**
- Highly organized, practical, analytical and detail oriented.
- Since the eCoA files and labels are part of our customers specifications, being part of the process generation requires strong organization and reliability skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Process oriented.
