Business Analyst and Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform study with the business to identify new source data requirement for the project.
- Propose data sourcing solution and work with source system teams to enhance source systems in order to capture new information needed to feed group financial system.
- Perform data mapping, define transformation and extraction rule necessary for the data feed to Group Finance System for downstream systems and reporting, e.g., IFRS9, RWA, ALMT, Group and Local Regulatory reporting, etc.
- Build and maintain the Backlog of transformations and adaptations.
- Drive and collaborate with Stakeholders to define Business Case, scope and prioritization.
- Analyse business requirement and translate into Functional Specification documentations.
- Consideration of all aspects, which may impact the project objectives.
- Work with different IT Stakeholders, to implement the deliverables and to resolve challenges and issues.
- Responsible and organization of the work in each project phase.
- Plan and manage Project governance deliveries for each monthly releases.
- Post Go-live L3 support.

**Functional Competencies**:

- Should have worked as Business analyst at least for 7-10 years.
- Hands on experience in the following areas are anticipated (or a mix) in implementations is mandatory:

- Financial Accounting
- Liquidity Management
- Counterparty Credit Risk
- Finance Regulatory reporting
- Core banking solutions data flows
- Data quality
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role in Banking Wealth Management industry.
- Good knowledge and working capability of product life cycle.
- Should have good knowledge and understanding of the information flow and various business functions in a financial services/bank.
- Should have knowledge on Accounting/Finance system implementation lifecycle.
- Experience working throughout the entire IT project life cycle; including analysing and documenting requirements, workshops, testing and stakeholder management throughout.
- Able to conduct workshops with business teams and challenging the requirements.
- Collaborate with teams and work with groups effectively spread across various regions.
- Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Background from Business analyst and transitioned to PM would be value added.

**Important Experience required**:

- IT BA experience in Accounting, Credit and Risk, ALMT, Finance Regulatory reporting knowledge and data feeding of Group Finance central system
- IT Project management skills, e.g. project governance, request backlog follow-up, Plan and drive workshops and committee meetings, etc
