**F&B SOUS CHEF / JR SOUS CHEF / CDP**:
- Salary: $2,400 - $4,200
- Working Days: 6 days/week
- Working Hours: 11am to 11pm (2 hours break)
- Our cuisines: Italian
**Locations**:
- d.o.c: 21 Tanjong Pagar Road
- Osteria by d.o.c: 12 Marina View, Tower 2, Asia Square
- Double Zero: 68 South Bridge Road
**Responsibilities**
- Involvement of culinary operations in selected cuisine restaurants
- Execution of new menus with Head Chef & Directors
- Preparation of daily operations & mise en place
- Adhere to compliances with food hygiene standards and operating procedures
- Adhere to attendance and discipline levels against duty roster and schedule
**Requirements**:
- 18 years and above
- Passionate about food, strong in leadership & able to assist the chef in managing the kitchen
- Food-oriented, dynamic and willing to learn
- Good communication skills in English and good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
