Ensures daily operations is according company’s SOP.
- Ensures stocks and food served are in good quality control
- Staff weekly schedule
- To ensure harmony working environment within outlet.
- Train and guide new staff to execute daily task according to SOP
- Delegate, train and guide existing staff to execute daily task according to SOP
- Complaint Management to ensure customer’s complaints are handle amicably.
- Cash handling management to ensure cash is banked in daily.
- Handle outlet daily and monthly sales report.
- Stock Management, ordering and invoice submission.
- Wastage management and submit report monthly.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in managing retail store and achievement of sales targets
- Positive, energetic and possess strong communication skills.
- Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill
- Good personality and positive attitude
