**The Team**:
G&A at Datadog rapidly scales the physical space, hiring, onboarding, and financial and legal systems to keep our business running in top form.

**The Opportunity**:
As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will work cross-functionally with our Sales Operations, Billing, Contracts and Legal teams to provide quoting and deal structuring support to the Global Sales Team. This will be a growth position as Datadog's business continues to expand.

**You will**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for day to day deal support requests from the sales organisation
- Create and edit sales quotes with custom pricing and complex terms
- Assist in improving internal controls
- Own testing of quoting system for release of new products as well as changes in pricing or configuration
- Various ad hoc projects and initiatives which will increase revenue and/or process efficiency
- Work cross functionally across various stakeholder groups including legal, contracts, sales operations, order management, revenue, finance and product management
- Actively participate in deal reviews with sales and sales management
- Drive adherence to internal controls, protocols and business rules
- At least 2 years of overall experience ideally in Deal-Desk, Sales Operations, Finance or Contracts
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, and work in fast paced, high pressure environment
- Strong quantitative skills
- Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience in Data Reporting and Analysis
- Experience with process improvement or workflow implementations a plus
