Subcontracts Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages Subcontracts with Detailed Engineering Subcontractor, Transportation and Installation Subcontractor, and Offshore Hookup and Commissioning Subcontractor
- Reviews Subcontract Tender Documents prepared by contracts engineers, participate in technical and commercial clarifications, evaluate and recommend suitable tenderer to award
- Reviews subcontract documentation and ensure it is in accordance to legal and customer requirements and subsequent execution of subcontract
- Reviews and manages approval of work orders
- Leads team of contract engineers and quantities surveyors when necessary
- Manages the contract variation order process for the project
- Works closely with customers and legal team on contract settlement
- Attends Client meetings and queries on contractual and commercial
- Prepares and reviews project costing report to ensure that project expenditures are within budget and in compliance with the contractual specifications
- Handles various project costing reporting to corporate as required
- Manages the billing and payment follow-up process and monitors project milestone/progress to ensure timely progressive payments in accordance to the contract conditions Finalises project final accounts with customer, and settlement with subcontractors.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any Engineering disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of experience in contracts administration
- Familiar with offshore platforms, modules, FPSOs, jackets, etc. and onshore petrochemical plants will be an added advantage
- Good team player and able to work independently with mínimal supervision Willing to commit overtime as and when required
