**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for ensuring that multiple Salesforce projects are delivered within scope, quality, time and budget requirements.
- Delivering technical, functional, and product expertise to design and direct the delivery of Salesforce solutions across APAC region.
- Liaise with stakeholders and management about timelines, costs, and project objectives.
- Assess risks, opportunities, deliverables, and threats for projects.
- Communicating and acting as the first point of call for stakeholders.
- Ensure that all strategies are implemented efficiently and according to plan and that the goals are satisfactorily reached.
- Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including: Project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.
- Lead the process of analyzing customers’ business and technical requirements and creating architecture designs to develop end-to-end solutions using Salesforce.
- Design and implement strategies for technology that meets business needs. Create, refine, and challenge patterns, standards, policies, roadmaps, and vision statements.
- Take lead in full life cycle of Salesforce project implementation, from project planning, execution, risk management, go-live and project closure.
- Work with internal stakeholders to determine project definition and business requirements.
- Manage a team of developers and consultants in developing Salesforce projects.
- Conducting regular project meetings with your development team.
- Developing metrics for each project to determine paths to success.
- Guide and mentor your team to achieve project outcomes.
- Ensuring that your team produces work that adheres to Salesforce's best-design principles.
- Accountable for developing & managing project plans and coordinating the activities of the project teams and sub-teams.
- Provide leadership, motivation & coaching to project teams and stakeholders in Salesforce environment.
- Manage all CR (Change requests) if timeline, scope or resource requirements change.
- Assess the degree to which change causes issues and risks and how those changes affect projects.
- Measure performance to assure projects are progressing as compared to original plan and budget.
- Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Sciences or a Commercial related field.
- Proven track record in API integrations desired for this role.
- Proven track record of effective project leadership and positive results.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.
- Strong information and analytical skills.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Excellent in delivering presentation to project stakeholders and management team.
- Excellent planning and strategic abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills. Demonstrates high ethics and values, inspires loyalty and trust, embraces diversity, possesses outstanding listening & communication skills.
- Organized and meticulous in your work.
- Ability to work with minimum guidance & directions.
