**We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in Salesforce CRM to lead our Salesforce CRM Services team.**

**In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex Salesforce CRM projects, driving successful project outcomes, and providing leadership and guidance to the project team.**

- **Salary Package: Up to $8k (basic) + AWS**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce CRM projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud implementations, customizations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and consultants, to execute project deliverables.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.
- Stay updated on Salesforce CRM best practices, new features, and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce CRM projects, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities and configuration options.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and motivate project teams.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are required.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred
