The Buyer Planner performs materials coordination and computer work; including related engineering support responsibilities. Work is usually performed without direct supervision. Dynamic, respectful, hardworking, inquisitive, and flexible/versatile character is preferred.

Examples:

- To execute tasks as per assigned by Supervisor; training will be given.
- Extensive usage of Excel to plan and monitor production schedules.
- Make and Issue Production Routing Sheets via Excel
- Responsible for up-to-date information in the production schedule for the company
- To raise PR/PO in the system to buy materials from suppliers.
- To monitor and ensure on-time-deliveries from the suppliers.
- Communicate and coordinate with others daily, to plan and ensure no mistakes.
- To work with Quality and Shipping closely to ensure products are delivered promptly.
- 2nd shift (12:30pm to 10pm) work can also be considered if preferred.
- No working experience required. Training will be provided.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
