- Design and conduct experiments to optimize biocatalytic systems
- Supervise and mentor junior researchers on the team
- Collaborate with other members of the research team to develop new technologies and improve existing ones
- Write and publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals
- Present research findings at conferences and meetings

**Job Requirements**:

- PhD in biochemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field
- With strong background in biocatalysis, bioengineering, and microbiology
- Has 10+ years of experience after PhD with biocatalysis, enzymatic catalysis, and microorganism characterization and analysis techniques
- With strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Has excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team of researchers
