**Client Account Manager**

Purpose of the Role:

- Daily management of providing service provisions for clients engaged with Salesworks Pte Ltd
- Point of contact for all client contact, queries and communication internally and externally
- Actively evolve & innovate campaign to maximize profitability and success
- Assist in research of companies in the fields SalesWorks will be interested in

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Day to day management of the client relationship and communication
- Monitor and ensure all client contractual obligations are being met
- First point of contact for all client queries - internally and externally
- Execution of strategies and initiatives for clients and SalesWorks
- Actively work in partnership with clients to evolve customer proposition
- KPI management and improvement
- Collaborate with sales network to produce, update and maintain current sales collateral & training materials
- Facilitate and support training to sales network
- Work in partnership with the client and internal support teams ensuring activity, processes, procedures and requirements are fully supported and effectively communicated
- Develop and build strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Develop and produce MI reporting in line with business requirements
- Attend and conduct regular external client meetings
- Actively participate in management level strategic planning sessions
- Work on ad hoc projects as directed by General Manager
- Assist in reviewing business processes and suggest and implement recommendations
- Set objectives for staff, monitor and conduct regular review meetings, providing feedback on performance
- Prepare, update and maintain sales agreements and or contracts with clients and sales network
- Document and present proposals to clients, sales network and senior management
- Deliver presentation to potential new clients as and when directed by the General Manager
- Reconcile invoices and credits with finance

**Skills and Attributes**
- Educated to a degree level.
- Minimum 3 years experience working within a similar field i.e Account Management, Project Management, Client Account Management, Channel Management or Sales Management.
- Proven results in increasing sales or client performance / activity.
- Ability and experience in managing people and situations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
- Has a “can do attitude”
- Dynamic personality, with an ability to lead, engages and motivates teams.
- Proven experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Forward thinker offering simple solutions to complex issues and process
- Good organisational skills and ability to multitask meeting aggressive deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Proven and measurable project planning and strategy implementation skills

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
