**Job Description**:

- To execute fleet management functions to optimise fleet usages and movements
- Ensure the assigned car-sharing stations and vehicles are maintained in peak operating conditions
- Review the processes of fleet operations and to provide suggestions on improving performance
- Manage the service providers (workshops and cleaners etc.) effectively to ensure the tasks are done in accordance to the agreed service requirements
- Prepare vehicles for in-fleeting and de-fleeting
- To work with vehicle suppliers on repairs, servicing and general maintenance of the vehicles.
- To perform basic vehicle troubleshooting to assess and resolve vehicle issues.

Requirement:

- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or equivalent
- Or O-level with minimum 2 years experience in Automotive Servicing or equivalent
- A team player with flexible mindset, eager to learn, and is able to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Disciplined and self-motivated, resourceful, result oriented, and strong desire to excel.
- Possess Class 3 driving license with good driving records
- Able to multi-task and willing to function as 24/7 rotating duty officer
- Passion for first-class customer service delivery with effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and interest in service automation
