Assistant / Deputy Human Resource Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the recruitment function that comprises of hiring, selection and onboarding;
- Support in the administration of the company’s Human Resource Management System (“HRMS”), Peoplesoft, which includes processing disciplinary, creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records; and managing benefits and compensation on HRMS;
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures;
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments on HR-related matters such as insurance administration, processing of invoices, office administration and processing of relevant government subsidies;
- Assist in training and development matters such as registration of courses, updating of training records and following up on relevant training subsidies;
- Identify, recommend and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies; and
- Participate in HR projects.
- REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least a minimum in Higher Nitec in Business Studies/Administration/Human Resource or equivalent;
- Have at least two years of good working experience in HR shared services;
- Be familiar with HRMS, preferably Peoplesoft;
- Be highly meticulous and attentive to details;
- Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
- Have good organizational, analytical and communication skills;
- Be a self-starter and self-motivated individual with a flair for problem-solving; and
- Have good knowledge in Employment Act and statutory requirements.
