**Your new Job: Regional Digital Marketing Manager | Premium Global Fashion Brand - SEA Region**:
As the manager for digital marketing in the APAC region, you will be responsible for **creating and executing the marketing strategy** for the BRAND.
You will collaborate with the **Global Team in London** to create compelling digital assets that aim to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Additionally, you will have managerial responsibility and indirectly oversee managers in **Korea**, **China**, and **Australia**.

**What will you do?**:
As a **Regional Digital Marketing Manager**, you will:

- Create the **digital marketing plan** for APAC region.
- Attract customers and increase **brand awareness** through various channels (PPC, SEO, programmatic advertising, affiliates, and social media).
- Work with global and regional teams to get the best content and creative for **full-funnel campaigns.**:

- Work with channel owners, Insight, and Analytics teams to improve measurement, tracking, and data.
- Use past experiences to improve future strategy and channel optimization.
- Help your team become skilled at understanding the BRAND customer and using data to influence our digital communication strategy and commercial plan.
- Analyze results frequently and take action to enhance channel performance.
- Present digital marketing outcomes and insights to senior management regularly.
- Oversee the annual budget for Regional Digital Marketing with the local teams.
- Stay updated on digital media industry and platforms for new opportunities to improve strategy.

**What we need from you?**:
As the new **Regional Digital Marketing Manager**, you should have:

- Excellent knowledge of the digital landscape for markets in **APAC**, including Korea, Japan, Australia, and Southeast Asia, and ideally an existing network with Media Agencies, Google, and Meta.
- Proven expertise in digital measurement and analytics, including GA analytics and MS Excel, and familiarity with BI Suite is a plus.
- Experience in digital marketing in the **Fashion**, **Luxury Goods**, **Beauty**, or **Sports **industries, and previous experience as a media planner in an **omni advertising agency** is a bonus.
- **Strong leadership** and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire colleagues to innovate, test, and take ownership in a supportive work environment.
- Excellent analytical and entrepreneurial skills, with a track record of improving customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Able to confidently present complex information to key stakeholders and interpret global business goals and objectives for APAC countries.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to build robust business plans.
