**About the Role**
We are hiring on behalf of a regional security solutions provider with decades of experience in delivering smart protection systems across Asia. This role offers stable career progression in a company known for its deep engineering capabilities and commitment to service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform servicing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of the following systems:Integrated Security Management Systems (ISMS)
Card Access Control Systems
Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV)
- Liaise directly with client representatives to resolve on-site technical issues
- Assist supervisor in allocating work responsibilities to service teams
- Ensure service jobs are delivered on schedule with mínimal supervision
- Uphold safety compliance under Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities
- Support other ad hoc technical tasks as assigned

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**
- Nitec or Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in security systems maintenance
- Prior exposure to any of the following systems is **required**: CCTV, Access Control, IDS, ISMS
- Working knowledge of IT/Networking/Servers is an **advantage**:

- Comfortable working on-site across various commercial buildings
- Able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
