Establish and monitor the effectiveness of the company HSE Management System.

Provides advice, guidance and support on company policies and their implementation

Investigate incidents/accidents and near misses to identify root causes and make recommendations and drive actions to effective closure

Maintaining the procedures and systems. Specifically:

- HSE Audit timely completion and action creation
- HSE Observation monitoring
- Risk Assessment review & creation
- Accident/Incident Investigation including Root Cause Analysis
- Local/Country Legislation Adherence
- Management Review inclusion
- HSE Training & support
- HSE Meeting agenda building and roll out
- Lifting Operations engagement and knowledge sharing
- Permit to Work & Contractor Safety Coordinator
- HSE induction focal point
- HSE Audits - including Lifting Equipment, Chemical Control, Fortnightly,

Function as primary liaison between company and regulatory agencies, clients, auditors, and contractors for HSE matters.

Create annual HSE Goals, monthly topics and maintain HSE notice boards

Focal point for HSE Customer Audits, Due Diligence Questionnaires etc.

Perform tasks with honesty, integrity and Customer Focus.

Inclusive in all communications, always thinking of the larger picture and future impacts.

Ensure that HSE takes priority

Support our continual improvement programmes, recommend and introduce process improvements & cost savings.
