Plans and coordinates all HSE training activities within organization
- Collaborates with various departments on compliance with regards to workers’ qualification requirements
- Develops, implements and drives strategical behavioral training programs and campaigns in order to improve HSE culture within organization
- Develops training materials and refines existing materials as required
- Collaborates with HSE manager to ensure resources in place to promote and uphold best quality HSE trainings
- Evaluates the quality of trainings and conducts coaching sessions with HSE team to enhance/refine content and performance to ensure it meets intended outcome
- Analyses ongoing performance, feedback and suggests the change to training programs/process, matrix, procedure
- Collaborates with HSE function as well as other departments to achieve related KPIs
- Delivers trainings in accordance to training procedure, HSE training matrix and Company's expectations
- Facilitates other requests of HSE Manager
