**E-commerce Manager (4-6K)**

**Responsibilities**
- Own the P&L, sales targets, and customer experience of our online store.
- Monitor key KPIs and execute the best practice that drives traffic, conversion rates, orders, average order value, customer ratings and NPS.
- Plan marketing budget, calendar and drive high-ROI online marketing campaigns across channels like SEO, SEM, social media to meet sales targets for different e-commerce platforms.
- Drive and optimise online traffic conversion by owning product strategies, UI/UX experience, customer service and delivery fulfilment.
- Oversee merchandising, logistics, pricing and other supporting functions that help optimize online sales and customer experience.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting for tracking all major web performance KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience with e-commerce platforms including P&L responsibilities, conversion optimisation, lead generation and customer experience.
- Expert in digital marketing, SEO, SEM and proficient at tactics in driving traffic and optimizing online conversion
- Experience with marketplace platforms is a plus
- Flexible with work arrangement and eager to grow.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
