Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Finance Systems) - 2 Year Contract

In this role, you will:

- Lead the planning and execution of Finance digitalisation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes using tools such as RPA, PowerBI. Lead implementation efforts to streamline repetitive tasks and improve productivity
- Support in Finance process review. Identify inefficiencies, gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create and deploy integrated workflows that streamline end-to-end business processes
- Manage timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery of digitalisation initiatives. Proactively address system or process-related issues
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including functional requirements, process flows, and policies to support system enhancements and governance

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Accounting & Finance
- A good understanding of financial operations and processes
- Experience in process review, digitalisation or automation projects
- Knowledge of finance systems and automation tools (Eg SAP, UiPath, PowerBI etc)
- Experience working effectively in cross-functional project teams
- Self-driven and proactive in seeking continuous improvement
- Analytical thinker with good communication skills
