- Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper resources are available for production
- Identify and resolve any production issues that arise

- Continuously improve production processes and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
- Manage and supervise production staff

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a production management role
- Strong leadership and management skills

- Strong understanding of production processes and equipment
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards
