Factory Crew**Responsibilities**:
**Job description**

This position of factory crew consists of supporting the operations of the company. You will be working closely with the outlets team leaders. Staff report directly to directors.

**Operations**

Perform flour production as according to the instruction guide

Perform sugar grinding as according to the instruction guide

Check the sufficiency of processed ingredients to be distributed to the outlets.

Maintain factory environmental cleanliness as according to the company's standard of procedures (SOP).

Daily cleaning of production rooms and walkway

Compulsory weekly spring cleaning to be done by all factory crew

Drainage, toilets, holding areas and offices

Uploading of pictures via Whatsapp group upon completion

Strictly no hanging of personal clothings at production rooms and walkway

No smoking is allowed on the factory premises.

Perform temperature charting daily and adhere to the escalation process if temperature did not fall within the acceptable range.

Adhere to workplace safety practices as according to the company's SOP.

Fall prevention measures

Electrical prevention measures

Burn prevention measures

Adhere to personal and food hygiene standards as according to the company's SOP.

Support outlet staff when needs arise

Support catering staff when needs arise

Work hand in hand with leader for factory’s daily needs

**Work under broad direction**

To accept additional responsibilities assigned by factory leader, supervisor and director.
