We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Club Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premium Chinese cuisine restaurant and recreation club.

**Work Location**:5-minute walk from Clarke Quay MRT station

**Start Date**:February 2025

**Responsibilities**:
**_a) Operational Management _**
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the restaurant and club run efficiently and smoothly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all areas.
- Manage inventory and procurement to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational performance.

**_b) Staff Management _**
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, including servers, chefs, and front-of-house personnel.
- Develop and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing during all operating hours.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement staff development programs.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

**_c) Customer Service _**
- Ensure exceptional service quality to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly, taking proactive measures to improve satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers, especially VIP members, by understanding and catering to their preferences.

**_d) Marketing and Sales _**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events to attract patrons.
- Drive membership sales and retain existing members through engaging programs and personalized service.

**_e) Financial Oversight _**
- Monitor and manage budgets to maintain financial health and profitability.
- Analyze financial data and operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with the management team to set and achieve revenue and expense targets.

**_f) Menu and Event Planning _**
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to curate menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal trends.Organize and manage events such as private dining, corporate functions, and themed promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or club management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory control, cost management, and financial analysis.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a high-end dining or club setting.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.Outgoing personality, proactive attitude, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- 与客户，尤其是重要VIP会员保持良好关系，解识并满足他们的假望和假想。

- 与营销团队协作，制定推广活动，以吸引客人充实。
- 通过优惠项目和个性化服务，促进会员销售和保留现有会员。

**_e) 财务监督 _**
- 监督和管理预算，以保持财务健康和盈利能力。
- 分析财务数据和操作报告，以查询改善方案。
- 与管理团队作为一体，制定和完成收入和支出目标。

**_f) 菜单和活动计划 _**
- 与主廚协作，设计菜单，以实现客户假望和旅途日期。组织和管理私人情趣编译，公司会议和举办举进步活动。

**任职详细：**
- 至少担任5年以上的餐厅和会所管理经验。
- 成熟的领导才能和团队管理技巧。
- 优秀的沟通能力和问题分析技巧。
- 熟练库存控制、成本管理和财务分析。
- 在专业餐饮或会所环境中，提供出色客户服务之胜。
- 精通英语；精通普通语优先，以满足中文聊天客户交流需求。外向性格，积极态度，能在快节奏环境中处理多重任务。
