**The Job**:

- Receive and download purchase orders from customer, generate sales orders and prepare picking list for warehouse department packing and delivery
- Check and post sales invoices upon goods delivered to customers
- Issue credit notes for adjustment and returns from customers
- Process inter-shop transfer order when required
- Perform shop conversion adjustment for inventory in the system
- Update and check retail sales documents received from outlets are taken in correctly
- Involve in year-end stock count and reconciliation

**Requirements**:

- Meticulous, organized and detailed oriented
- A good team player
- Able to communicate with staff of all levels
