**A. Overall Purpose Of The Job (Brief description of the primary purpose of this position)
This individual will work with End User Computing, Business Line leads, Group Program Manager, Project Stakeholders, IT Support Staff, and end users in planning & implementation of SharePoint projects.

**B. Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)
- Meeting with the Business Line leads to review website and design template requirements.
- Setting tasks and development goals to identify requirement’s workability and offers alternative.
- Testing, implement and debugging.
- Reviewing website interface and software stability.
- Providing systems training to staff and customers.
- Capture SharePoint migration requirements for design and development using requirements workshops, business process descriptions, business analysis, and process
- Gather and evaluate from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into detail, identify risks, and feasibility analysis.
- Design, organize, build and maintain SharePoint sites across all IPB departments and migrate relevant content from the old SOK to the new SOK SharePoint portal.
- Translate technical information into business language to ensure understanding of the requirements by both technical and non-technical
- Operate as the liaison between the business units and technology teams
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements: Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs.
- Provide the necessary training and knowledge to our End Users for adoption of SharePoint Platform

**C. Job Profile (Required Work Experience (Brief description of the job-related experience needed to perform the job)
- 3+ years in SharePoint Development, with core experience on SharePoint customization of master page, page layouts, features and UI/UX aspects.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and or other related software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting the Microsoft SharePoint and/or Power Platform environments. Experience in both is preferred, but extensive experience in one with a willingness to learn the other will be considered.
- Experience in the migration of SharePoint content from legacy SharePoint Server (SPS) to SharePoint Online (SPO) is a plus
- Ability to develop in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is a plus.
- Experience building sites and using webparts to create visually appealing pages for user consumption
- Familiarity with Organization Change Management experience/knowledge.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services.
- Detail orientated.
- Self-motivated.
