One of the Canada’s big five multinational banking and financial services company is looking for a 1 Year HR Executive to join their team
**Your new role**
The HR Executive will be handling 50% Talent Acquisition & Onboarding as well as 50% HR Administration.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Coordination and execution of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process and ensuring regulatory requirements and due diligence are met
- Work with hiring manager and/or recruitment agencies in selection, and placement of staff
- Update all details on progress of open positions in the Vacancy Tracker
- Ensuring documentation such headcount approval, compensation approval, interview evaluation forms etc are in place for audit purpose
- Conduct new hire orientation
HR Administration
- Liaise with IT team on IT properties to be returned by employees
- Prepare acceptance of resignation letter for HRBP and leavers to sign off
- Liaise with leavers on items to be returned and documents to be completed
- Send out termination request to update HR System
- Update and maintain organization chart on a monthly basis
**What you'll need to succeed**

Minimum University degree/Diploma from a recognized institution. Prior experience in HR related duties preferred.
Available on short notice, comfortable with 1 year contract.
