**Job Scope**:

- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance goals
- Conduct outdoor and indoor sales for building materials, bathroom wares, or lighting equipment
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships across the construction industry (developers, contractors, architects, consultants, etc.)
- Provide personalized solutions and recommendations based on client needs
- Handle customer enquiries, provide product advice, and resolve feedback efficiently
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including quotations, contract terms, and payment follow-ups
- Monitor project/site progress and provide material forecasts
- Maintain excellent store presentation and product displays (for showroom-based roles)
- Work closely with internal teams and management to share market trends and develop strategies

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 to 5 years of sales experience
- Strong sales drive with a proven track record in B2B or B2C selling
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Possess own vehicle (for outdoor sales roles)
- High self-motivation, independence, and problem-solving mindset
