We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a** Vice President, CEO Office.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Support HSBC Life Singapore CEO and CEO Office team in the formulation and the tracking of annual operating plans and strategic objectives
- Assist in the preparation of materials for business updates and strategic reviews with senior local and global stakeholders L39
- Support business-facing communication and ongoing interactions with regulators across key business & people updates
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor benchmarks and emerging opportunities to provide insights for decision-making
- Provide secretariat support for key decision making committees
- Support execution of key strategic projects as assigned
- Manage and track CEO scorecard
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of enterprise-wide projects
- Coordinate company and employee engagement events and communications, including drafting and collating material from across the business
Requirements- Prior working experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate planning or financial services
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, business writing, and analytical skills with the ability to produce documents for senior executives
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good understanding of Life Insurance sector and Singapore Life Insurance industry is an advantage
- At least 5-10 years of experience
