
Guest Relations Officer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Provide a friendly and “warm welcome” with excellent service for all internal and prospective guests
- Taking and fulfilling customer orders
- Proper handling of the POS system and cashiering
- Comply with operational service standards/SOP
- Maintain a constant presence at the front desk, lobby and guest lounge of KAI and is available to handle all customer questions and concerns
- Process check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide high standard of daily beverage and meal services to in house guests
- Ensure in-house function/event is properly set up and on time
- Assist guests on their respective requests, well-versed in all aspects of the menu
- Handle guest feedback/complaints actively, resolve service-related issues and report to supervisor
- Provide detailed information regarding guest transport and room requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date information on room rates, guest orientation, and packages.
- Co-ordinate with housekeeping for clearing of rooms.
- Collect guests feedback forms and do any possible first-hand service recovery steps.
- Ensure Guests overall experience with establishment is a positive one.
- Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
- Give proper and complete handover to the next shift.
- Providing excellent customer service and is a strong team player.
- Adhere to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards.
- Ensure that brand standards and SOPs are consistently implemented.
- Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
