The Maternal & Infant Trade Association of Singapore (MITAS) is seeking an administrative and event coordination executive to support our association’s expanding needs. This role includes liaising and handling members, as well as operations requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with polished communications skills, as well as previous experience working in the maternal and infant trade industry.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Association’s EXCO, the Admin & Event Coordination Executive will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Liaise with members for attendance at events and exhibitions, including provision of administrative support throughout to facilitate participation
- Liaise with external providers including venues, contractors, suppliers etc. obtaining quotes, negotiating costs, recommending options for EXCO’s approval and managing the on-going relationships
- Support the EXCO with necessary filings, basic accounting for membership and event participation fees as well as convening routine meetings, including AGM
- Support the EXCO with basic maintenance of the Association’s website, including upkeep of members’ profile and links, and electronic broadcast of upcoming events, meetings and relevant information
- Work with ad-hoc project teams to support the planning and execution of events and exhibitions, including administrative support for convening meetings and attendance

**Requirements**:

- Min “O” level (Diploma preferred) with 1 year of working experience
- A good team player with good interpersonal communication skills.
