**IT Consultant / Senior IT Consultant, End-user Computing and ICT Infrastructure Services**:

**Job responsibilities**:

- Responsible for end-user computing and office productivity.
- Management of ICT infrastructure service delivery and support from project initiation to maintenance to meet the intended availability, continuity and capacity requirements for the Tripartite Alliance Limited.
- Study business requirements, review ICT infrastructure as well as design and implement the ICT architecture to meet current and future requirements.
- Manage the designated vendor and ICT contracts to ensure the designated vendors meets contractual obligations, leading to the successful delivery of the project.
- Project, contract and vendor management skills are required.
- Support Cyber Security officer in Cybersecurity operations.

**Job requirements**:

- Tertiary education in Computer Science or equivalent (e.g. Information Systems).
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in designing, deploying and managing enterprise level ICT infrastructure and end-user computing.
- Pro-active, resourceful and self-motivated to innovate and take smart risks to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.
- Able to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges.
- Hands-on experience in at least 3 full project development life cycles.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Results and customer-oriented.
- Team player with strong organisation and people handling skills.
