**Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Release Engineer with strong Java skills and experience in COBOL to join a Software Factory team. The role involves managing internal release tools, participating in release processes, and contributing to technical improvements in a dynamic team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Manage internal release management tooling and contribute to automation and process improvement
- Work closely with the Software Factory team to ensure proper release deployment and version control
- Communicate effectively across teams and bring forward technical solutions
- Engage in code maintenance and release planning with both Java and COBOL components
- Maintain clear documentation and follow best practices

**Qualifications**:

- 4-5 years of experience in software development and release management
- Proficient in **Java**(primary skill), with working knowledge of **COBOL**:

- Experience with **GitLab**and XL Deploy/Release is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and contribute in a fast-paced environment
- English-speaking environment
