**Job Responsibilities**:
The VP of Sales & Marketing, Razer Asia Pacific Region leads the marketing and channel sales as well as acting as a steward of the Razer Brand and caretaker of Razer’s consumer experience in the region. Through strong leadership, the VP of Sales and Marketing is responsible for building and developing an industry-leading team to out-play the competition and maximize Razer’s commercial success within the region. The VP of Sales and Marketing will integrate with the global business unit and WW supply chain and develop region sales, marketing and commercial development strategies and execution that meets or exceeds company objectives.

The position is located at Razer’s South-East Asia Headquarters in Singapore and reports to the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing.

Razer’s Asia Pacific Region includes Pan-Asia countries excluding China and the Middle East.

Domestic and International travel is required up to 25% of the time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Align the organization’s sales and marketing strategies with global business unit strategy through active participation in annual and quarterly strategic planning, monthly demand forecasting, weekly revenue planning and budgeting and frequent ad-hoc communication.
- Maintain and foster a deep understanding and situational awareness of macro-economic, industry, competitive, channel, and consumer status and trends in the region, country, accounts.
- Lead the marketing organization to effectively and efficiently reach and influence target consumers so that company revenue, market share and category leadership are realized.
- Drive marketing innovation across advertising, social media, influencers, retail and online merchandising, PR, events, esports along with the authenticity true to the Razer Brand.
- Lead the sales and country teams to out-play the competition and dominate ecommerce and retail channels to meet revenue and channel costs objectives.
- Construct and drive continuous improvement in the distribution, retail and etail structure in the region to deliver consistent pricing, customer experience, coverage and premium positioning for Razer.
- Deliver competition-beating account management and loyal, committed distribution partnerships to out-play the competition.
- Develop and lead a process of management to ensure the robustness of strategy and the flawless execution of sales and marketing in the region.
- Provide inspirational, open, respectful and success-oriented leadership to cultivate an exceptional and high performing team and results accountability while developing top performers aggressively.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with global business unit, global supply chain and corporate functions to proactively solve problems, share information and collaborate for company success.
- Inspire confidence with company executive team through monthly formal updates, routine communication and active participation on corporate and executive processes and forums.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing from a competitive college or university, or equivalent experience. MBA highly preferred.
- 15+ years of sales and marketing experience.
- 10+ years of experience in the consumer electronics, preferably gaming peripherals, systems, and/or mobile industry.
- Established relationships and credibility with key channel players, media and industry leaders in gaming hardware is highly valued.
- Proven accountability for revenue growth, meeting objectives, new market penetration, share growth and innovation.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on environment.
- Strong, data-driven problem resolution skills, including the ability to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
