**_Job Responsibilities: _**
- Actively participate and oversee food court daily operations.
- Handle and manage all kinds of operational (including maintenance, electrical, equipments, etc) problems and issues.
- Implement and maintain necessary food hygiene, cleanliness and safety conditions of entire food court.
- Take on the role of ECC.
- Resolve customers’ complaints and operational issues.
- Overall accountable to (which may consist of several outlets in the future) P&L, fulfillment of targets, SOP and policies of the company.
- Conduct investigations & prepare reports for all incidents happened at outlet and put forward recommended solutions.
- Supervise and lead frontline operations of Drinks Stall and Food Court.
- Coach staff on food/drinks handling, service conduct and compliance to standards.
- Cover cashier/coffeemaker/drinks stall assistant duties during their absence e.g. on leave, etc.
- Render assistance at Drinks Stall during peak hours.
- Ensure that the POS machine is duly updated with any new items and new selling prices.
- Ensure daily sales are accurate and timely reconciliation is done.
- Manage manpower and work schedules.
- Manage staff performance and disciplinary issues with HR.
- Manage all inventories and do ordering timely.
- Monitor the cost of the goods and discuss any increase with Finance Manager.
- Record water and electricity usage for all tenants every month end.
- Ensure prompt collection of rental payment from tenants.
- Supervise stall holders on food handling service conduct and related compliance matters.
- Work closely with tenants on their operational needs and service consistency as well as their hygiene consistency.
- Source for tenants and handling the renting process of the stalls.
- Liaise with external subcontractors.
- Any other duties assigned by Superiors.

**_Pre-requisites: _**

Able to communicate well in Mandarin and English.

Computer literacy including MS Word and Excel.

Hands-on with good problem-solving skills relating to food court operations and customer issues.

Ability to foster positive working relationships.

Preferably someone with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

Experience working in F&B sector.

Attention to detail, ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.

Ability to manage personnel.

Communication & Leadership skills, staff development

Conflict & time management and good organizational skills

Good in delegating multiple tasks

Salary commensurate with experience

Working hours : 8am to 6pm
