The Distributor Service Business Manager is accountable for the successful implementation of distributor support program to achieve business objective. You are responsible for directing the Technical Support we provide to our Distributors in the South Asia Pacific Region.
- Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Fiji, Guam, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam.

Agilent prides itself on providing a truly differentiated customer service experience, your role will be to consult and advise the Distributors to do the same for their customers.
Your small team will be responsible for helping solve specific Technical issues as well as enabling the Distributors to improve their support capability through planning Technical Training & Mentoring for their Engineers.
You will need to collaborate closely with our Sales teams to ensure alignment of goals and also to ensure that the Distributors are always prepared to support the instruments they sell.
You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to Agilent Policy and where necessary work with internal partners to optimize internal processes to allow you to achieve your goals efficiently.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience as a manager, supervisor and/or individual contributor.

At least 5 years of Service Business Management experience in a channel environment and Scientific Instrumentation business. Good understanding of distributor environment and industry in which Agilent operates. Experienced at managing both internal partners and external customers.

Excellent in cross-functional collaboration by developing deep relationships with internal partners and distributors across the region.

Requires proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics.

Outcome driven, able to collaborate and drive consensus to resolve critical issues.

Fluency in one of South Asia language will be added bonus.
