
HR & Admin Executive

**The Role:
- Responsible for overall company administrative management and support.
- Maintain close working relationship with COS to manage manpower growth and needs of the company.
- Support senior management in establishing and maintaining company culture.
- Support internal team members with administrative tasks as required for the business.
- Lead various HR tasks such as talent acquisition, scheduling of interviews, onboarding new hires, employee, training, employee off boarding, etc.
- Manage employee payroll, employment contracts, benefits and requests.
- Create and maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare HR reports for management.
- Support employees with various concerns and escalating issues as needed according to Company’s policy and core values.
- Good understanding of the local employment landscape, trends, practices and Employment Act and/or any other local regulatory. Provide event administrative support.
**What Do You Need to Have?**
- Those without Diploma, must possess at least 5 to 6 years of working experiences in the HR domain.
- He/she must possess at least 2-3 years of HR and admin working experience.
- Strong written and oral communicator with ability to build stakeholders relationship.
- Ability to work independently in multi-tasking and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Analytical and proactive to take initiative and work effectively as team.
