Job Description
- You will assist the team in organising quarterly Sustainability Roadshows, monthly Brown Bags, as well as quarterly video creations and organising internal stakeholder engagement activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop content, programs, collaterals, communications, and processes for/with each group of stakeholders to bring the sustainability strategy to life, deepen stakeholder relationships and trust, and generate positive behavioral changes and innovative thinking- Assist in keeping sustainability content updated on the corporate website- Research, draft, and compile information for projects, events, and media requests- Work with CapitaLand’s business units and corporate functions to ensure seamless and effective execution of stakeholder programs and activities- Be involved in administrative coordination for projects or events and on-site support- Monitor, review, and report feedback to measure the effectiveness and impact of engagement in meeting the goals of the sustainability strategy- Perform other related ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint-
- Strong verbal and written skills with proficiency in English- Interest in project/event coordination and drafting/editing of write-ups will be a plus- Creative and meticulous
