**Position Overview**

As a Tim Hortons Barista, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring each guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
- Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, cold drinks, and baked goods to Tim Hortons standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment
- Replenish stock items as needed (cups, lids, milk, etc.)
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards
- Work as part of a team to meet service goals during peak hours
- Handle guest concerns or questions in a professional and timely manner
- Support other team members and contribute to a positive work environment
